Jiro-style ramen in Hagi!

I went to eat the limited event ramen winner at Sake and Teishoku Hatchi!
Of course, all extra toppings!

I haven’t eaten Jiro-style ramen very often, but I understand why people get hooked on it – it’s delicious!
This is something I’ll want to eat regularly…

Next time I’m thinking of going to the main branch in Ube to eat it 🍜
